Is creativity a humiliating pattern of shoulds and have tos, or is your creative life playful, fun and the strong flexible backbone for everything you do? It takes a creative life to support creative work. In this month-long workshop, this class will explore ways to enhance your creativity and make a creative life for yourself without upsetting the relatives and neighbors or neglecting your children. Among other things, the discussion will include:
Mary O'Gara is a creativity coach and an award winning poet and short-story writer. Mary is an experienced online writing instructor. For this workshop, she draws on her own extensive experience with self-sabotage as well as her training in kabbalah, neuro-linguistic programming and creative processes.
